Your work tasks Your task as a teacher in the after-school program is to offer a meaningful leisure time where you start from the students' needs, interests and initiatives but also inspire new discoveries. Together with your colleagues, you offer students a variety of working methods, forms of expression and learning environments where care and learning are integrated. You collaborate with educators in the preschool class and in school to contribute to the achievement of pupils' goals. Contact and cooperation with guardians is an important part of the work.
