Job description:

We are looking for you who want to work in a leading role where your leadership will be central to our ability to plan, implement, follow up and develop the business. As an area manager, you have staff and work environment responsibility for a team of about 20 employees. You have budget and operational responsibility and create the conditions for sustainable operations, safe properties and safe living environments in your area. Actively working with safety issues is an important part of the service.

The role is very varied, with both strategic and operational tasks. You will be responsible for the management of the area's properties and ensure the implementation of maintenance. You are ultimately responsible for the finances of the properties and have a lot of collaboration with project managers, operations staff and external contractors.

The role involves a lot of contact with our tenants and dealing with housing issues. Your communication and teaching skills will therefore be extremely important, and you should be able to deal with different people and issues in a professional manner.

You will be part of the management team of the administrative organization and report to the Head of Administration.

Back-up is included in the service.

Skills profile:

We are looking for candidates with a relevant university degree or professional experience deemed equivalent. Experience of leadership and property management is an advantage. We would like to see that you have experience of systematic work environment management and finance. We consider it a given that you have computer skills.

To succeed in the assignment, it is important that you are good at involving, engaging and motivating your employees, and that you are clear in your communication and have very good collaboration skills. Driving license is a requirement.
