About you We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse with solid experience in health and social care. If you have experience of alarm-responsive tasks, it is an advantage. You enjoy working independently and have good computer skills. As a person, you are stress-resistant, responsive and empathetic. You have a good ability to cooperate with colleagues and other professions. Your encounter with users requires good skills based on personal suitability, maturity and empathy. You demonstrate a high level of commitment to both users and the organization in all relationships and actions. We therefore attach great importance to personal suitability. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. When working in the security alarm, car driving occurs throughout Umeå municipality and therefore a B driving license is required for this service.
