Lundagård care home is located at Sofiehem, about 4 km from the center of Umeå, near Norrland University Hospital and Ålidhem Church. Our accommodation is newly built and opened in the fall of 2019. We are a collaborative house, which means that other municipal activities are also located in the house: preschool and kitchen. The approximately 100 children who attend the preschool here have their outdoor environment in connection with our accommodation and we find activities together. The kitchen prepares a large number of food portions that are distributed to homes and preschools around Umeå municipality. Are you, like us, proud of your work in healthcare? We are now looking for a committed assistant nurse who wants to be part of a team where care and care are at the center. Your tasks You will assist our residents with personal care, give medicine to those who need it, support at meals and social events. You will document actions and health conditions. Care needs vary and we work in a person-centered way to help individuals based on their different conditions. You work on the basis of the assignment as a contact person where the resident's participation is in focus. In this way, you ensure that interventions are carried out with good quality according to the assistance decision and the implementation plan. Working hours are day/evening and weekend. About you We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse with experience of care work, preferably in a care home. You are a person who is sensitive, calm and can contribute with your knowledge to create security and stability. We attach great importance to personal suitability. In order for you to be able to communicate with the residents, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and receive medication delegation, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
