Bruksbacken nursing home is located in a scenic area by the Sävarån river. Bruksbacken has six different wards, one of which is a dementia ward. We are now looking for an assistant nurse to join our proud team! Your tasks You will assist the resident with personal care and, on delegation from the nurse in charge, perform medical tasks. The tasks also include documenting actions and health status. As a contact person, you are responsible for ensuring that the goals and actions from the implementation plan are known and carried out. We are looking for you who, through good treatment and a professional approach, assist our residents in their everyday lives. You work based on the assignment as a contact person, where the resident's participation is in focus. This ensures that efforts are carried out with good quality according to the assistance decision and implementation plan. Working hours are day/evening and weekend. About you We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse and have experience and a genuine interest in elderly care. Your encounter with residents requires good skills based on personal suitability, maturity and empathic ability. You demonstrate a high level of commitment to both users and the organization in all relationships and actions. You enjoy working independently and are patient and proactive. You have a good ability to cooperate and interact with colleagues, relatives and other professionals. As dogs may be present in the workplace, you should not be allergic to furry animals. Smoking may also be involved. You should have a driving license and access to a car, as bus connections do not always match the working hours or be a resident of Sävar.
