Your work tasks You will carry out planned interventions in the person's own home and what kind of interventions are needed looks different for the elderly. About you We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse and who have experience in home care. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. You enjoy working independently and have good computer skills. As a person, you have high integrity, are responsive and empathetic. You have a good ability to cooperate with colleagues and other professions. You show a great commitment to both users and activities in all relationships and actions. You are required to have a good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. As you will be communicating with users, relatives and colleagues as well as writing and reading care documentation. You also need to take medication. To be relevant, you need to have a B driving license. It is also important that you can cycle in winter and summer.
