In your municipal home care service in Hörnefors, there are both day staff and night staff where we together respond to social alarms at all times of the day. You work on the basis of the assignment as a contact person, where the person with home care participation is in focus. This ensures that interventions are carried out with good quality according to the assistance decision and implementation plan. About you You are a trained assistant nurse or have an equivalent education. We would like to see that you have experience of working in health and social care. You enjoy working independently and taking your own initiatives. As a person, you are sensitive and empathetic and find it easy to prioritize in stressful situations. You have a good ability to cooperate with colleagues and other professions. In order for you to be able to communicate with people with home care, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, you need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
