The education administration is responsible for preschools, preschool classes, compulsory schools, special needs schools and after-school clubs in the municipality. Preschools and compulsory schools in grades F-6 are divided into two geographical areas, Southwest and Northeast. Grades 7-9 are a single area. Each area is led by an area manager. Tegs Central School is a centrally located secondary school with approximately 415 pupils. The school is a hub in Teg with a library, sports halls and leisure center. Alternatively, you have completed recruitment training or an internal trainee program for future school leaders. You are a good relationship builder who promotes good relations with staff, students and guardians. You also actively contribute to cooperation and collaboration within the management team to which you belong. It is important that you have a good ability to organize and plan the school's activities in a way that promotes learning and development. You also need to have clear and good communication skills and have the courage to make decisions and stand by them in relation to pupils, staff and guardians.
