As a business developer with a focus on digital transformation, you will have a major influence on the development of support and care in the short and long term. In our various operations, there are both more extensive and smaller development needs with a bearing on digitization. Your role is to guide the business in what digitization opportunities exist and lead the process all the way from need to implementation. As a business developer, you will have a creative and varied job that includes investigation, analysis, change management, business intelligence, procurement and implementation. A large part of the work consists of collaboration with various actors and stakeholders such as internal operations and support processes, suppliers, municipalities, regions and authorities. About you We are looking for you who have a university education with, for example, a social science focus or other that the employer considers relevant. To succeed in the role of business developer, leadership skills are required, so it is a requirement that you have leadership experience. We also want you to have good knowledge of the conditions required to provide social services and thus knowledge of the social services' areas of activity. You have experience in one or more areas such as business development, project management, digitalization and change management. To succeed in the assignment, you are driven, structured, systematic and efficient in your approach. You are analytical, communicative and have good pedagogical skills, which means that you can describe complex relationships in an understandable and engaging way. At the same time, it is crucial that you are sensitive to the different needs of the organization and have a solution-focused approach.
