Work as a caretaker We are looking for a caretaker for a new position in our Building Services team, where we are now growing to meet new needs. Construction Service is responsible for maintenance on our properties and has a total of about 30 employees consisting of carpenters, painters, inspectors, supervisors and construction project managers. As a caretaker, you will be part of a work group focusing on maintenance, fault reports and inspections of apartments and rentals. A position where you get to combine technical knowledge with service - and be involved in shaping routines and working methods together with colleagues from the start. You have an important role in contact with external property owners and contractors, where your ability to build trust and communicate clearly is central. The work includes everything from handling fault reports, technical troubleshooting and repairs to systematic fire protection work and ongoing energy improvements. You don't just contribute technically - you create security and well-being in our properties through a responsive and solution-focused approach. Your tasks: Manage fault reports and carry out repairs Carry out inspections and maintenance Carry out simple inspections of technical installations Work with systematic fire protection work Maintain ongoing contact with tenants, contractors and external property owners Use case management systems for documentation About you We are looking for you who have a technical understanding, enjoy finding solutions and have a genuine interest in service and maintenance. You work in a structured and independent way, but also enjoy collaborating and being part of a team. We want you to have: Upper secondary education in operations and maintenance/property technology or equivalent adult education Experience of working as a caretaker, property technician or similar B driving license It is an advantage if you have knowledge of plumbing, electricity, locks and access systems and/or apartment inspections and white goods service. We know that experiences vary. Perhaps you have worked with property maintenance before, or you have other relevant experience in e.g. technical maintenance, service or operations work. The important thing is that you are curious, responsible and want to learn more.
