We are a service organization for schools in upper secondary and adult education, where we ensure the smooth running of the schools. The service organization is responsible for, among other things, furnishing our premises, maintenance, fault reporting and repair of furnishings and equipment, alarms and locks, internal and external mail handling, ordering of interiors, ergonomic products, invoice management and various administrative and practical office tasks as well as staffing the reception of the upper secondary schools. We are part of the school in everyday life, at events and provide equipment and other things needed for the school to be in good operation. We are also responsible for fire evacuation and fire safety in the schools. Your tasks We are looking for a caretaker for the daily operation and activities linked to the school premises. As a caretaker, you have a lot of contact with meal service, property service and cleaning. You have a fixed workplace but are mobile depending on where the assignments are. The tasks include: technology and maintenance of our technical equipment such as smartboards, projectors, lights and sound programming of cards and authorizations in our cards and lock systems lock changes of student lockers, open lockers simple repair tasks, maintenance, installations furniture removals recycling/replenishing learning materials receiving packages, unpacking and handling school mail locking the school coordination of fault reports Some administration and orders About you We are looking for you who have a real estate education and/or experience in the industry, and are technically inclined and computer literate in various computer systems and their use. We would like you to have experience of working in systems such as Intregra, Salto, Excel, Proceedo, etc. As a person you are cooperative and stress-resistant. For this position, a B driving license is a requirement. As one of the workplaces is Forslunda, which is an agricultural high school with several animals, you should not be allergic. You are independent and have good planning skills. You have good service skills as you meet students, staff, suppliers, craftsmen and partners on a daily basis.
