The support and care administration is divided into three major areas of activity: authority exercise, disability care and individual and family care. Our mission is to meet the need for support and care within the social services area of responsibility to strengthen and secure the individual to live an independent life. Within support and care, there is a management staff that brings together competencies that work across the administration with various assignments such as communication, premises, digitization and investigation. Your tasks As a Communications Officer in Support and Care, you will help ensure that staff and residents are met with clear, targeted and accessible communication. You will work primarily in an operational capacity, but should also have experience and be able to work strategically with communication planning and crisis communication. You will identify communication needs and contribute to solving them. This may include text production, web publishing, some layout work and film production. The position includes a specific mission linked to the Family Home Center. This includes business intelligence, strategy, planning, implementation and follow-up of marketing activities aimed at retaining and recruiting family homes. Two communicators work in support and care. About you We are looking for you who have a degree in media and communication science or equivalent academic training. You should have at least two years' experience of working as a communicator, and it would be an advantage if you have worked in a politically controlled organization. If you also have experience and knowledge of social services activities and conditions, it is a plus. You have good collaboration skills and are good at structuring and prioritizing your work. Furthermore, you have the ability to lead, drive and follow up the communication process and strive to develop the work through continuous improvement. To succeed in the role, you need to be able to handle several tasks in parallel, sometimes within tight deadlines. Therefore, we highly value personal suitability for this position.
