Job description:

We are looking for two construction project managers who will work with planned property maintenance as well as rebuilding and extension projects. As a project manager, you have the task of planning, procuring, implementing and following up planned construction and maintenance projects. We offer you a varied job with many interesting and challenging projects, such as roof, bathroom and trunk renovations as well as ROT projects.

Competence profile:

You should have a construction engineering college degree or equivalent education. If you also have project management experience, we consider it an advantage. Driving license is a requirement.

Personal qualities:

The service places high demands on your personal qualities. As a person, you are structured, quality conscious and have a very good ability to create relationships, both internally and externally. Real Estate Development works a lot with an open climate where you together with our employees contribute to experience sharing and development for future challenges. We assume that you master the Swedish language and have an easy time expressing yourself in speech and writing.
