We are now looking for a driven Electrician with authorization A or AL, who is passionate about his area and wants to work actively with Bostaden's electrical safety issues.

In this role, you belong to the management department that handles daily property operation and management as well as housing service to our tenants.

Job description:

We are looking for an Electrician with authorization A or AL. You have the main responsibility for electrical safety in the company, which means coordination, follow-up and development of Bostaden's self-inspection program. The role includes conducting internal training, ensuring that all staff have the necessary knowledge and authorization to handle our electrical installations.

You will collaborate and interact with electricians, project managers and company management to ensure smooth and efficient operations, as well as actively work with external monitoring in your area and apply / implement new rules and working methods in the organization.

The role also includes work with quality assurance and inspection of installations and electrical panels in Bostaden's portfolio to ensure that all installations comply with current safety standards and regulations.

You will also be involved and support Bostaden's electricians in troubleshooting and repairs when needed.

The work is independent and covers all our residential areas.

Competence profile:

The person we are looking for should have authorization A or AL and experience of troubleshooting and repair. If you have experience of working with electrical safety issues, self-inspection programs and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations in electricity, ESA, ELSÄK, it is meritorious.

Personal qualities:

We are looking for you who have a great personal commitment and are responsible.

You should have good communication skills as you have a key role in electrical safety work and should be able to spread knowledge within the organization.

To do the job, you need to be able to work both independently and in teams and have a service-oriented approach. You should be structured and have experience of documenting your own work.
