External placements are part of Daily Activities and aim to promote personal development and increase participation in society based on each individual's needs and conditions. The aim is to strengthen independence and create a sense of coherence, as well as provide opportunities for work. Participants in external placements are expected to be sufficiently independent to be able to be in a civil society workplace. Each participant is supported by a designated supervisor in the workplace. The focus is on creating a sense of work context and employability. Working hours are during the day Monday-Friday. Co-planning with other activities may occur. Your tasks: As a labor market consultant, you will be responsible for: Making initial contact with people who have been granted daily activities or need relocation. Mapping the participants' conditions and needs Work based on Supported Employment and the 5 steps of the method Procure and match employment places for participants, both in private companies and in public organizations Support participants and supervisors during introduction, training and in the daily work Carry out follow-up, evaluation and offer support based on the participant's needs About you: We are looking for you who take great personal responsibility and have good self-awareness and are confident in your professional role. You are empathetic, trustworthy and see opportunities in each individual. You have the ability to see development needs from a societal perspective and enjoy working creatively, flexibly and solution-focused. As the work involves many contact surfaces, you need to have good communication skills and be able to build and maintain a large network of contacts. You enjoy working in teams and contribute to a positive working environment. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability. Requirements: University degree in social sciences, behavioral sciences, rehabilitation or education. High level of competence, or experience deemed equivalent, in labor market conditions and local needs B driving license Good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing Good computer skills Collaborative skills Meritorious are: Good knowledge of the labor market and working conditions Experience of working with people in need of support Experience in mental health, rehabilitation and disabilities Experience of collaboration with external actors Other: To ensure that the people invited to interview are those who best match what we are looking for, we use selection questions.
