We are looking for an experienced assistant nurse for Tomtebo care home / Väst-Teg care home! Initially, you will have your placement at Tomtebo care and care home. In September 2025, Tomtebo's operations will move to the newly built care home Väst-Teg. Residents and staff from Tomtebo will then move to Väst-Teg. We are now looking for you who want to help start up floor 4 at Väst-Teg! Tomtebo care and nursing home is located at Tomtebo at Nydalasjön. The home has 32 apartments spread over two floors. Each floor has two departments with 8 apartments per department. On each ward we have a balcony or patio. There is a garden with a patio adjacent to the house. Väst-Teg care and nursing home is a newly built accommodation located at Väst-Teg. The accommodation opened in the fall of 2024 and consists of 6 floors. In total there are 120 apartments divided into 12 units. Each unit consists of 10 apartments. Each unit has its own spacious balcony. On the ground floor there is a café and a glazed patio. Your tasks With a professional approach and good treatment, you assist our residents in their everyday lives. The resident's co-determination is in focus and you help to ensure that efforts are carried out with good quality, according to the assistance decision and implementation plan. You will assist with, among other things, showering, laundry, cleaning, meals and other services. The tasks also include documentation of measures and health status as well as medical tasks based on delegation by the nurse in charge. About you We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse and who have solid experience of working in health and social care, preferably in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, confident and have the ability to support your colleagues. You share your skills and experience with your colleagues. We see it as a merit if you have previously had responsibilities such as documentation officer, development coordinator and BPSD administrator. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Your encounter with the residents requires good skills based on personal suitability, maturity and empathic ability. You show great commitment to both users and the organization in all relationships and actions. You enjoy working independently and are patient and proactive. You have the ability to cooperate with colleagues, relatives and other professionals. Working hours are day, evening and weekend according to schedule.
