Your tasks As a nurse in the Evening and Night Patrol, you work with health care interventions in a team consisting of 4-5 nurses. The work takes place throughout the municipality and covers ordinary housing and nursing homes in elderly and disability care. The tasks include prescribing and assessment by telephone, palliative care and home visits for assessments in the event of, for example, falls and deteriorating general condition. The interventions carried out are both planned and of a more acute nature. Working hours are 15.00-22.30 or 15.30-23.00 both weekdays and weekends. About you We are looking for you who are an experienced nurse. Perhaps you are currently working part-time or have just retired? Experience from working in home care and/or elderly care is desirable. Great importance is attached to personal suitability. You have good initiative and are good at thinking outside the box. You have the ability to work independently, while recognizing the importance of collaboration with different professionals, including the person themselves. Of course, you have a good, respectful attitude and are responsive and open in your contacts with both the persons being cared for and their relatives. You are good at cooperating and want to contribute to good communication and collaboration with other actors. A B driving license is required. Type of employment Hourly position with duty as needed.
