As a nurse in Umeå municipality, you work with healthcare interventions, you handle medicines, palliative care, documentation, assessments and supervise other staff. You are responsible for ensuring that the medical interventions work well for our patients and coordinate contacts with doctors and other professionals in primary care and hospitals. As a nurse in elderly care in Umeå municipality, you can work in the following areas of activity: Care homes, Home care, Umeå North short-term center and Evening and Night. We offer work as an hourly substitute in all our activities or selected activities based on wishes! About you We are looking for you who are an experienced nurse. Maybe you work part-time today or have just retired? Experience from work in home care and/or elderly care is desirable. Great importance is attached to personal suitability. You have good initiative and are good at thinking outside the box. You have the ability to work independently, while recognizing the importance of collaboration with different professionals, including the person themselves. You are good at cooperating and want to contribute to good communication and collaboration with other actors. A B driving license is required.
