Job description:
Your area of responsibility covers the entire accounts receivable process, from invoicing to collection management with a constant focus on finding the best solution for the company and the tenant. The position also includes continuously developing and improving processes and procedures based on changes in the outside world. You will work with preventive measures such as information and early contacts with tenants who have payment difficulties. We offer you a varied job with many interesting and challenging tasks.
Competence profile:
We are looking for you who have education in economics at least at upper secondary level. We would like you to have previous experience of working with accounts receivable and claims management. It is of great importance that you master Swedish and English well in both speech and writing.
Personal qualities:
Your personality is important because you should be able to treat people in vulnerable situations in a respectful way. The role involves being unpretentious, thorough and responsive. It is important that you take a high level of personal responsibility, have the ability to work independently and make your own decisions. As the nature of the calls can vary, we place great importance on your communication skills.
