At Navet, we offer varied water training in different forms that suit everyone - beginners to elite. Navet is one of Sweden's largest aquatic training facilities and has many unique aquatic training sessions such as AquaRide (specially designed bikes that can be in water), AquaBase (floating pads on the water) and Aqua Gymstick (combines barbell and resistance bands). Read more about our group exercise offer here. Your tasks The role of aquatic fitness instructor involves leading, inspiring and instructing our members in an educational and safe way. You will keep up to date with new forms of training and constantly strive to develop in your role as an instructor. You will be expected to prepare for your classes and participate in the trainings offered. We are looking for you who can hold 1-2 fixed sessions/week day and evening. About you We are looking for you who want to be part of our happy team of instructors and who want to be part of Umeå Municipality's work for the public health of the inhabitants and are passionate about motivating others to physical activity. You are a driven, responsible and self-driven person. You love to be challenged and develop and as a water training instructor at Navet you will have the opportunity to do just that. It is desirable that you have previous experience of leading and instructing group training sessions, but it is not a requirement. Do you have no education but are the right person for the job? Then we will train you in the various forms of training.
