Umeå is one of four national upper secondary schools for RH-adapted education for young people with severe mobility impairments. Riksgymnasiet consists of three parts; school, habilitation and student home, which together work together to support the student. Riksgymnasiet in Umeå is located in one of Sweden's largest schools, Dragonskolan, which also houses the habilitation center. Your tasks You have operational, financial and personnel responsibility for the habilitation activities at Riksgymnasiet för rörelsehindrade. You are medically responsible for habilitation/rehabilitation, which means that you are responsible for ensuring that the activities carried out comply with the laws and guidelines that exist in the field. As head of unit, you are responsible for ensuring that business development takes place, that the work is carried out based on the latest research, and that the team around the student is given good conditions in their work. The leadership covers approximately 50%, which may mean that you work clinically in the business up to a higher degree of employment. You will be part of a leadership team together with the principal, deputy principal and unit manager for student assistance and student homes. You are unpretentious and goal-oriented and able to prioritize in pressured situations. You are driven to develop and improve, have a coaching approach towards your employees and enthusiastically encourage them to achieve the expected results together with you. You are structured and see your assignment from a holistic perspective with the user in focus.
