The mission of the staffing unit is to provide support to managers within the Support and Care Administration. We are organized in the administration's HR unit and provide support to managers in disability care, Individual and family care and Authority exercise. We provide support to managers with recruitment, short-term staffing, scheduling and administrative support. Your tasks As an HR administrator with us, you will work with short-term staffing in the Timecare pool. You are a telephone support internally and externally and support the businesses with staffing issues. You book out temporary workers and handle personnel administrative tasks regarding the temporary workers' eligibility, employment and salary. The work involves a lot of contact with managers and employees in activities in disability care (ordinary and special housing LSS) and some activities in Individual and Family Care. You will also be active and contribute your expertise in various development and improvement projects. About you We are looking for you who have an upper secondary education and/or higher education that is adequate for the tasks. We also want you to have experience of administrative work, as a planner or management of short-term staffing, preferably in combination with knowledge / experience from the activities we support with short-term staffing. You should be comfortable communicating by phone and email and used to working in different business systems such as Personec and Timecare Pool. You will work closely with a number of colleagues who work with short-term staffing, but also others in the work group to jointly provide good support to managers and operations. You need to be able to handle stressful situations, have knowledge of labor law with an emphasis on LAS and ATL. We also want you to have a professional approach and good service in the daily contacts with managers, employees and other collaborative partners. We hope you want to be our next colleague! Working hours: Some weekend work, early morning (06.15) and afternoon (17.15) shifts are distributed among the employees working with short-term staffing.
