We are now looking for an HR consultant for our Staffing Unit within the Support and Care Administration - a unit that provides valuable support to managers in the Disability Care, Individual and Family Care and Authority Exercise with recruitment, short-term staffing, scheduling and administration.
Your tasks
As an HR consultant at our Staffing Unit, you will play a central and important role in recruiting and attracting future employees to the multifaceted activities of Support and Care.
The work group consists of four teams that, with different roles, contribute to developing and meeting needs that exist around scheduling, short-term staffing, administration, recruitment and marketing.
In this role, you will be part of the recruitment team where you are expected to provide a professional approach and good service in daily contacts with managers, employees, candidates and other internal and external partners. You will also collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure long-term skills supply.
Your duties will include:
Providing support and advice to managers throughout the recruitment process and on payroll issues.
Carrying out recruitment, from needs analysis and advertising to interviews and reference taking.
Marketing, including fairs, events and visits to schools.
Actively contribute to development and improvement projects in staffing and recruitment.
Initiate and actively participate in development and improvement projects.
About you
We are looking for you who have a degree in human resources or other equivalent higher education and experience in recruitment. Alternatively, you have experience as a manager or experience from the staffing and recruitment industry. If you have experience in marketing and enjoy communicating with different target groups, you will be particularly successful in this role.
You will move effortlessly between different technical systems and have the ability to manage parallel tasks and prioritize the most important first.
