Our administration employs more than 1 000 people in five different activities: Real Estate, Streets and Parks, Digital Transformation and IT, Food Services and Cleaning and Operations Services. We are looking for a committed HR partner who wants to help strengthen the Technology and Property Administration in Umeå municipality while one of our HR colleagues is on parental leave. About the job As an HR Partner with us, you will be part of a team consisting of four HR Partners and an HR Manager. You will be a key part of creating an attractive workplace where our managers feel safe and supported in their role as an employer. As an HR Partner, you will work closely with our five businesses - Property, Streets and Parks, Digital Transformation and IT, Food Services, and Cleaning and Operations Services - and contribute your expertise across the whole HR field. Our businesses together have over 1,000 employees and 50 managers, and your mission will be to support them through professional advice on day-to-day employer issues. Your tasks In the role of HR Partner, you will, among other things: Work with recruitment and support our managers in ensuring that we have the right skills in place to meet future needs. Provide operational and ongoing support to managers on issues related to labor law, work environment, rehabilitation and skills supply. Run HR processes and, if necessary, hold workshops and training courses. Support our businesses in employer communication and coordinate activities towards students, trainees and labor market fairs. About you We are looking for you who have: A university degree in HR, for example from the human resources program or other equivalent education. Experience of working in a supportive capacity in a wide range of HR issues. Experience in managing a recruitment process. Good IT skills and experience of working in HR systems Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing Meritorious if you have: Experience of broad HR work within a municipality.
