The HR department of the City Executive Office, SLK HR, supports the businesses according to their needs and promotes a uniform employer policy. This means, among other things, being responsible for common processes and systems and monitoring the results achieved. The department is led by the HR Director and consists of just over 20 employees. Your work tasks The focus is expected to be on ensuring structures, systematics, working methods and systems that support learning and a consistent retention perspective throughout the organization. In addition to this, you will have a strategic responsibility for processes around early intervention, adaptation, rehabilitation and transition. In the first years, you will be part of the ESF project SAMBA with the aim to develop the retention perspective. This includes responsibility for future-proofing, running and developing the municipality-wide processes and the municipality's work in all departments. HR strategists at the municipal level assist the HR director and are the municipality's strategic and operational function responsible for overall employer issues and for ensuring that personnel policy is known and uniformly applied. In the role, you have a major responsibility for development work and act as a process leader in strategic HR issues at the municipal level in the area of rehabilitation, parts of the supply of skills with a focus on retention perspectives and transition. You will also be a consultative support to the administrations' HR functions regarding systematics, process and associated system support for early interventions, rehabilitation and conversion based on the COM KR agreement. The assignment involves responsibility for planning, development and implementation of processes, quality and guidelines as well as follow-up in your area. We are looking for you who have: an academic degree with a behavioral science focus equivalent to the human resources program or other education deemed equivalent. several years of experience in advanced human resources work of a strategic nature in-depth knowledge and experience of leading major process changes in a complex organization interest and insight in using the associated system support for the processes concerned, in this case Adato, Learnifier and WinLas skills. The role requires commitment, professionalism and good interpersonal skills.
