We have around 100 employees who care about job satisfaction and community. We are now looking to strengthen our organization with an IT infrastructure specialist! About the role: You will be part of our team responsible for the municipality data center. Here we not only run our own server infrastructure but also for two other municipalities. We work with the leading providers in virtualization, storage and backup systems. The role includes both hardware and software work as well as some physical work in the data center. Your future tasks: Manage Windows server (installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, lifecycle management). Explore and manage Microsoft 365 including Azure integrations and services. Participate in the installation and integration of different server services. Develop your skills in virtualization. Gain experience with different storage solutions. Manage and understand backups. About you: We are looking for you with a high school diploma and a passion to learn more about system administration in a server environment/data center. If you also have a post-secondary education in IT and/or information security, it is a big plus! You enjoy solving problems and developing new ways of working. Providing support and guidance to colleagues is something you look forward to, and you have the ability to adapt your communication depending on the situation. You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English. Your personality and willingness to learn will be crucial for us.
