Your tasks As an employee in our Helpdesk, you are part of a team that supports a broad organization ranging from preschool to elderly care or from urban and rural planning to things to see and experience in Umeå. Our business is responsible for developing the municipality's ability to digitize with a broad expertise. In our operations, we have many methods and services, including digital maturity and competence, digital workplace, data, IT, telephony systems, network solutions, cyber security and support. We have around 100 employees who care about job satisfaction and community. Examples of work tasks: 1-line support via telephone or remote control Case management System administration Troubleshooting About you We are now looking for people to join our team who have a keen interest in service and support. You can easily explain technical things in a simple way and enjoy working with others in teams. You have a post-secondary education with an IT focus. Alternatively, you have acquired the corresponding skills in another way. You have experience of helpdesk work and a good knowledge of the Windows operating system. You are a team player who understands the situation of both customers and colleagues. If you have experience of ITIL, this is an advantage. You speak and write Swedish and English to a good level.
