The administration Support and care includes Authority exercise which has about 270 employees. We are responsible for investigating and following up interventions for children, young people and adults in accordance with current legislation. We are now looking for a lawyer! Your tasks You are the expert in the legal field, supporting managers and staff in the interpretation and application of the applicable rules. The major overarching areas of law that you will work with are social legislation, the Parental Code, the Local Government Act, the Administrative Procedure Act and public access and confidentiality. You will contribute your legal expertise in advanced investigation work, quality assurance and advice. In this role, you will assist in drafting opinions and appeals to courts and supervisory authorities and, if necessary, represent the Board at court hearings. The assignment includes supervising social secretaries in fundamentally important individual cases. You will also represent the Individual and Family Board in court in these cases, if necessary. It is important that you actively follow legal developments and take the necessary initiatives to ensure that the organization is updated on the laws and rules that apply, for example in practical procedural law. About you You will have a law degree and experience of court proceedings. We would like you to have a high level of expertise in social legislation. The assignment requires good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. The work requires that you are skilled at building relationships, can work with several tasks and processes in parallel and have good organizational skills. Your communication skills are key. You have good analytical skills and enjoy working with complex issues. The position requires that you are confident in your professional role, unpretentious and that cooperation is easy for you. As a person, you enjoy leading and motivating and empowering others.
