Your tasks You will provide good and safe care to our residents. Helping our elderly according to their needs, for example with hygiene, activities, outdoor activities, food and medicine. On delegation from the nurse in charge, you will perform medical tasks. The tasks also include documenting actions and health status. We are looking for you who, through good treatment and a professional approach, assist our residents in their everyday lives. You work based on the assignment as a contact person, where the resident's participation is in focus. This ensures that efforts are carried out with good quality according to the assistance decision and implementation plan. About you We are looking for you who have previous experience of night work in nursing and care homes. If you are a trained assistant nurse or care assistant, it is an advantage. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. The service requires a B driving license. Your encounter with the residents requires good skills based on personal suitability, maturity and empathic ability. You show a great commitment to both users and activities in all relationships and actions. You enjoy working independently and are patient and proactive.
