Your tasks As a nurse in the Evening and Night Patrol, you work with health care interventions in a team consisting of 4-5 nurses. The work takes place throughout the municipality and covers ordinary housing and care homes for the elderly and disabled. The tasks include medication management, catheter care, palliative care and telephone advice. About you We are looking for you who are an experienced nurse. Experience from working in home care and/or elderly care is desirable. It is an advantage for the service if you are a trained specialist nurse specializing in care of the elderly or district nurse. Great importance is attached to personal suitability. You have good initiative and are good at thinking outside the box. You have the ability to work independently, while recognizing the importance of collaboration with different professions in which the person themselves also play an active role. Of course, you have a good, respectful attitude and are responsive and open in your contacts with both the persons being cared for and their relatives. You are a good collaborator and want to contribute to good communication and collaboration with other stakeholders. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
