This includes medication management, wound dressing, injections and catheter care, etc. You plan and manage your own working day in collaboration with other professionals with a person-centered approach. The work takes place in ordinary housing and you are responsible for health care interventions in close collaboration with other professionals. About you We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. If you have further education with a focus on districts, psychiatry or care of the elderly, it is an advantage. We would like to see that you have experience of working in home care and elderly care. You have good initiative and are good at thinking innovatively. You have the ability to work independently, while recognizing the importance of collaboration with different professions where the person themselves also have an active role. Of course, you have a good, respectful attitude and are responsive and open in your contacts with both the persons being cared for and their relatives. Great importance is attached to personal suitability. A B driving license is required for the position. The work includes lifting, lifting aids are used after delegation.
