Our managers are present, committed and part of the team. Your tasks The work involves nursing tasks at municipal short-term housing in accordance with HSL. You are patient responsible for 8-9 users with short-term decisions. As a nurse at the short-term home, you are responsible for prescribed medical interventions, lead the nursing work together with the team and are involved in planning for discharge in consultation with the user, relatives and the municipality's assistance officer. About you We are looking for a registered nurse and we would like you to have completed further training as a specialist nurse with a focus on districts or care of the elderly, although it is not a requirement. You have previous experience as a nurse, and if you have experience working in short-term housing, we see it as a great advantage. As a person, you should be a solution-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced and varied work environment and who is comfortable making independent decisions. You are a good team player who can easily collaborate with professionals from different fields. You are a person with a friendly and respectful attitude, and you are open and responsive in your interactions with both residents and their families.
