Your tasks You will carry out planned interventions in the person's own home. The needs and scope of care are different for our elderly, therefore we work person-centered and support the individual based on the conditions they have. Common tasks include supporting personal care and hygiene, meal situations, cleaning and socializing. The work also includes giving medicines and documenting health conditions. About you We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse or who have experience of care, who have a curiosity for other people, are patient and responsive to what the person you meet needs and wants. You are confident, committed, positive and passionate about helping others. In other words, we attach great importance to personal suitability. If you have experience from the care profession, dementia or BPSD training, this is also an advantage.
