The home service is also responsible for responding to and handling security alarms that occur at night. The need and extent of care looks different for our elderly, therefore we work person-centredly and support the individual based on the conditions they have. Common duties include assisting with personal care and hygiene, mealtime situations, cleaning and socializing. The work also includes giving medicines and documenting health conditions.   About you  We are looking for you who is a trained assistant nurse and who has a curiosity for other people, is patient and responsive to what the person you meet needs and wants. You are confident in yourself, committed, positive and passionate about helping others. In other words, we place great emphasis on personal suitability. If you have experience from the care and social care profession, dementia or BPSD training, that is also meritorious.
