About you We are looking for you who have experience and a genuine interest in elderly care. If you are a trained nurse or care assistant, it is an advantage. Your encounter with residents requires good skills based on personal suitability, maturity and empathic ability. You show a great commitment to both users and activities in all relationships and actions. You enjoy working independently and are patient and proactive. You have a good ability to cooperate and interact with colleagues, relatives and other professionals. As dogs may be present in the workplace, you should not be allergic to furry animals. Smoking may also be involved. You should have a driving license and access to a car, as bus connections do not always match the working hours or be a resident of Sävar.
