At the accommodation we have a house cat and a large patio at the accommodation. Your work tasks With a professional approach and good treatment, you assist our residents in their everyday lives. The resident's co-determination is in focus and you help to ensure that efforts are carried out, with good quality, according to the assistance decision and implementation plan. You will assist with personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, meals and other services. The tasks also include documentation of measures and health status as well as medical tasks based on delegation from the nurse in charge. About you We are looking for you who have previous experience of working in elderly care. If you are a trained assistant nurse or care assistant, it is an advantage. Your encounter with the residents requires good skills based on personal suitability, maturity and empathic ability. You show great commitment to both users and the organization in all relationships and actions. You enjoy working independently, are patient and show initiative. You have the ability to cooperate with colleagues, relatives and other professionals. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medical delegation, you must have a good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. As bus times do not always match working hours, it is good if you can get to and from the workplace by other means than bus. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
