Your tasks With a professional approach and good treatment, you assist our residents in their everyday lives. You will assist the residents with, among other things, personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, meals and other services. The tasks also include documentation of measures and health status as well as medical tasks based on delegation by the responsible nurse. About you We are looking for you who have previous experience of working in elderly care. If you are a trained assistant nurse or care assistant, it is an advantage. Your encounter with the residents requires good skills based on personal maturity and empathic ability. You show a great commitment to both users and activities in all relationships and actions. You enjoy working independently, are patient and show initiative. You have the ability to cooperate with colleagues, relatives and other professionals. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and read care documentation and obtain medication, you must have a good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Working hours are day, evening and weekend. Solgården is located outside the city and the working hours are irregular, so it helps if you have access to a driving license and your own car.
