About you We are looking for you who preferably have experience of working in health and social care. If you are a trained assistant nurse or other care education that is equivalent, it can be an advantage. As a person, it is important that you are sensitive and empathetic and have an easy time prioritizing in difficult situations. You show great commitment to both the individual and the organization in all relationships and actions. You enjoy working independently, but at the same time have a good ability to cooperate with colleagues and other professions. We always attach great importance to personal suitability as the work involves working with other people. In order for you to be able to communicate with customers, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication delegation, you need to have a good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You need to have good computer skills. The work is scheduled day, evening and weekend. Furry animals and smoking are present in the workplace so you should not be allergic.
