Right now we are looking for a qualified and committed Operations Engineer with a focus on energy optimization and heating systems! In the role of Operations Engineer with us, you will be responsible for: Investigating, planning and practically carrying out optimizations together with operating engineers in our properties within heating, cooling, electrical and ventilation installations. Special focus will be on heating systems. To be responsible for the revision of procedures for cleaning and degassing of heating systems. Assessing needs, planning, project managing actions in HVAC systems. In addition, you will, among other things: Reviewing readings in our control systems and maintaining meter connections Together with other engineers, participate in energy audits of the properties. Collaborate and cooperate with other businesses, employees and external parties to ensure smooth, efficient and economical operation. Assisting with indoor environmental issues. Participate in training and support to operations and staff as required. Use energy statistics (Momentum) and heat performance analysis (Envista) to support the selection of properties for optimization. Monitor the world around you to keep up to date in the HVAC and energy field. Project responsibility for smaller projects in the HVAC and energy field. Be part of the Real Estate energy management group. About you We are looking for you who have: Relevant technical education in HVAC, energy, building management or equivalent knowledge. Experience of practical work in the field of real estate with operational issues and existing installations with a focus on optimizing HVAC systems. Experience of working in control and monitoring systems, understanding how systems communicate and the functions of systems, operating cards and drawings. Experience of working in a project environment. Structured way of working and used to implementing and documenting own work. Ability to conduct internal training and disseminate knowledge within the organization. Interest and ability to monitor and implement new technologies and methods. Experience of working in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point), business systems and project monitoring systems. As the position involves a lot of contact with customers and contractors, you will need to be service-oriented and responsive with good communication skills.
