More about the Building Operations Department and the role of Operations Technician Property Operations is responsible for the operation, maintenance, supervision and energy measures in the municipality's properties and is divided into three management areas. Each area has an operations area manager, operations coordinator, operations technician, caretaker and electrician. Property Operations also has employees working with ground and green space maintenance, energy, ventilation, electricity and electrical safety, locks and alarms and technical administration. In total, Property Operations consists of around 70 employees. As an operations technician with us, you will be responsible for a group of properties within the operations area you belong to. There you carry out supervision and maintenance of technical installations as well as remedial and preventive maintenance work. About you We are looking for you who have education from qualified vocational training (KY) operating technician with a focus on real estate or university education operating technician with a focus on real estate or equivalent knowledge. You have worked in the real estate field with operational issues, and preferably as an operating technician or real estate technician with similar tasks. You have good knowledge of heating and ventilation and control and regulation systems. We would like to see that you have worked with locks and passageways as well as sprinkler and fire alarm systems. General electrical qualifications are an advantage, but not a requirement. Your computer skills are good. As the position involves a lot of contact with customers and contractors, you need to be service-oriented and responsive with good communication skills.
