One of our colleagues has been given an expanded area of responsibility and therefore we are looking for a self-driven Painter to join us at Byggservice. Your work tasks As a painter with us at Fastighet, you will, among other things: Carrying out painting work in connection with repair, maintenance and conversion work in municipal buildings. Ensure that repaired building parts have the intended function and design after completion of the work Coordinate subcontractors when necessary, plan the projects financially and, together with other stakeholders, adapt the work to ensure that the municipality's ongoing activities can continue as smoothly as possible. About you We are looking for you who have: Training as a painter at the secondary school painting program or equivalent and holds a journeyman certificate. At least 5 years of practical experience in repair, remodeling and maintenance work on properties. B driving license to be able to get between different properties. To cope with the tasks, we believe that you have good communication skills, where you are used to interacting and giving feedback clearly and effectively. You also have good collaboration skills and can create good relationships with both colleagues and clients. This role is often found in children and young people's activities and therefore an extract from the criminal record may be updated before employment is carried out. Interested?
