A personal assistant helps someone with basic needs, such as eating, dressing, washing and communicating. The assistance is individually adapted and aims to increase the opportunities for people with disabilities to live an independent life. We are now looking for new colleagues for a female user in her 40s who wants to work both day / evening and night, weekend work is included. Your tasks You will support and help a woman with her daily activities. Mainly you will work in her home and help to create structure and order by maintaining good routines. The user enjoys activities such as reading, crafts, social events, and going out for coffee. Your role will be to assist her in these activities and ensure that her daily life runs smoothly. About you We are looking for you who have experience of working with people, preferably in health and social care. It is desirable that you are a trained nurse, care assistant or similar. It is an advantage if you have experience of diabetes and epilepsy. As a person, you are responsive, respectful and calm. We also expect you to be independent and able to take your own initiatives. In order for you and the user to be able to communicate with each other in a good way, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
