People under the age of 65 who have a disability and extensive needs for support and assistance can apply for personal assistance. A personal assistant helps someone with basic needs, such as eating, dressing, washing and communicating. The assistance is individually adapted and aims to increase the opportunities for people with disabilities to live an independent life. Your tasks You will work with a female wheelchair user in her 40s who lives in Umeå city center. As a personal assistant, you will be an important part of the assistance and help with daily activities and personal care. The service suits you who enjoy a varied everyday life. Everything from everyday chores, such as baking and cooking, to fun outings and social events. Moving around is part of the job and there are furry animals at the workplace. Working hours are day/evening, day and weekend. About you In this recruitment process, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
