A personal assistant helps someone with basic needs, such as eating, dressing, washing and communicating. The assistance is individually adapted and aims to increase the opportunities for people with disabilities to live an independent life. We are now looking for a personal assistant for a male user living in the west of the city. Now you can be part of a team with an important and rewarding work! Your tasks You will support and assist a user with autism with help in their everyday life. You will mainly work in the user's home, but also in other places where the user is in their everyday life. The work includes, among other things, nursing, transfers, and other household chores. You help to create order and tidiness by maintaining good routines. Otherwise, some administrative tasks such as documentation are also included. About you We are looking for you who have work experience in healthcare. We would like to see that you have training as an assistant nurse or care assistant - but this is not a requirement. If you have experience of autism, it is an advantage. We value a professional approach that includes humility, patience and flexibility. The work requires the ability to work independently and to take initiative.
