A personal assistant helps someone with basic needs, such as eating, dressing, washing and communicating. The assistance is individually adapted and aims to increase the opportunities for people with disabilities to live an independent life. We are looking for a committed and caring person who wants to make a real difference in someone's life. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in creating structure, security and well-being for our users. Your mission is to maintain a structured everyday life, provide support and security in the household. Collaboration with colleagues and other professionals is an important part of the work. Working hours are day/evening and weekend. About you We would like to see that you are a trained nurse, but it is not a requirement. You have experience working in health and social care. Your encounter with the user requires you to have good judgment and personal maturity. You are responsive, respectful and calm. We also expect you to be responsible and able to take your own initiative. As bus connections do not always match the working hours, we would like you to have a B driving license and access to your own car.
