A personal assistant helps someone with basic needs, such as eating, dressing, washing and communicating. Your tasks You will support and assist a young man with help in his everyday life. The user lives at home with his parents a bit outside Umeå. You will mainly work in the user's home, where he lives with his parents, but also in other places where the user is in his everyday life, such as daily activities. The work includes nursing, tube feeding, cleaning and activation. You help to create order by maintaining good routines. The work may include day, evening and weekend work. As the employment rate of the position is low, it is possible to combine this position with studies. About you We are looking for you who have experience of working with people, preferably in health and social care. It is desirable that you are a trained nurse, care assistant or similar. It is an advantage if you have experience of feeding tubes and epilepsy. As a person, you are responsive, respectful and calm. We also expect you to be independent and able to take your own initiatives.
