Your tasks Your duties will include performing individual assessments of rehabilitation needs with a focus on movement conditions and physical functional capacity, implementing measures and following up on measures. You work to improve or maintain the resources of patients and compensate for reduced functional capacity. The work includes prescribing and fitting assistive devices. You spread knowledge about rehabilitative approaches in nursing work, supervise and instruct nursing staff regarding transfers and handling of assistive devices. Furry animals may be present in the workplace. About you We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist. Experience from work in disability care is desirable but not a requirement. If you have experience in assessment and testing of assistive devices, it is an advantage. You have good initiative and are good at thinking innovatively. You have the ability to work independently while recognizing the importance of collaboration with different professions where the person also has an active role. Of course, you have a good, respectful approach and are responsive and open. You are good at cooperating and want to contribute to good communication and collaboration with other actors.
