We are looking for you who are an experienced plan architect We are looking for you who have several years of experience in planning and project management of urban development projects. This means that you are used to driving the work of developing detailed plans, that you are independent, have a good analytical ability and can weigh up different perspectives to make your own decisions. You have an academic degree in physical planning, architecture or other relevant higher education, or work experience that is considered equivalent. It is an advantage if you are a trained architect or have experience of implementation in urban planning. We attach great importance to your personal qualities. An important part of your work is to interact with both internal and external partners in planning issues. Therefore, we expect you to be responsive, service-oriented, trustworthy and have good interpersonal skills, as well as being able to express yourself easily in both speech and writing. Duties and responsibilities As a plan architect, you are responsible for your own planning assignments and projects. You will project manage the plans throughout the planning process, from vision to plan proposal. The work involves working with both internal and external partners to produce sketches, studies and planning documents. You hold consultations with both stakeholders and the general public and provide advice and information on planning issues to the business community, developers, other municipal sectors, municipal residents and present cases to politicians in the Building Committee.
