The education administration is responsible for preschool, preschool class, compulsory school, adapted compulsory school and after-school care in the municipality. Preschools and compulsory schools in grades F-6 are divided into two geographical areas, Southwest and Northeast. Grades 7-9 are a single area. Each area is led by an area manager. Bräntbergsskolan at Mariehem is a school for pupils in grades 7-9. The school is located next to Mariehemsängarna, close to Bräntberget, Nydala and Gammlia. If you have not worked as a school leader before, you must have led and coordinated colleagues in educational development work or completed an internal trainee program for future school leaders or recruitment training for future school leaders. You are a good relationship builder who fosters good relations with staff, students and guardians. You also actively contribute to cooperation and collaboration within the management team to which you belong. It is important that you have a good ability to organize and plan the school's activities in a way that promotes learning and development. You also need to have clear and good communication skills and have the courage to make decisions and stand by them in relation to pupils, staff and guardians.
