Building and Property Technology is responsible for the construction and maintenance planning of premises for which the municipality is responsible, such as preschools, schools, nursing homes and group homes. Your work tasks As a project engineer in our building and property technology department, you will mainly carry out projects for locking and access systems. You will be responsible for drawing up and updating lock diagrams for building locking systems. Together with your colleagues, you will also assist with development issues, such as updating computer systems for digital locking plans and key management. About you: To succeed and thrive in this job, we are looking for you who: are a trained locksmith and/or have several years of work experience from the consulting or contracting industry in lock and passage. It is an advantage if you have worked with requirements for door environments for public operations. have a technical education at upper secondary level, preferably with a focus on electricity and automation. It is an advantage if you are a trained construction engineer. have good computer skills. It is an advantage if you have experience of computer-aided design with AutoCAD or Bluebeam. have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. have a B driving license to be able to travel efficiently between properties and partners. In addition to your formal qualifications and experience, we are looking for you who are orderly and like to keep track of the situation, the assignment requires a good ability to plan and structure the work through prioritization, organization and time management.
